Return & Exchange policy


Within sixty (60) days of purchase, an item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturing defect at no charge with proof of purchase. After sixty (60) days, an item may be returned for a service fee of $6 plus tax, with proof of purchase. This guarantee is not intended to cover normal wear and tear. A returned piece will be replaced with the same item. If the same item is no longer available in Snapology Jewelry’s inventory, the customer may choose another item that is of equal value. If the item selected is of greater value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.


An item may be exchanged within five (5) days of receipt for any items in the current Snapology Jewelry inventory with proof of purchase. Item(s) must be returned to the Designer you purchased the product from within five (5) business days of receipt. If an item of greater value is selected for the exchange, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required. There will be no cash refunds after the three (3) business day Notice of Cancellation period has expired.
